We are often able to coordinate payment for services through MVA insurance, WSIB, Veterans Affairs, Native Affairs, Green Shield, or Blue Cross. Extended health benefits may cover a portion or all of your treatment. If you do not see your insurer listed here, please call for further information.
For those without insurance, treatment may be available to you at a reduced rate - this is to be determined on an individual basis.
How Do I Proceed With an Insurance Claim?
- Inform your insurance provider of your need for assessment or counselling services. Once you have a health claim initiated with your insurance provider we can take care of the rest.
- Call us to book an initial assessment. In this initial consultation one of our trained professionals will interview you about your experience of symptoms and take a personal history, discuss with you a treatment plan, begin therapy, and collect all the necessary information to fill out and submit an insurance claim on your behalf.
- Once you have been approved you will begin your follow-up treatment sessions. Follow-up appointments will be booked to fit your schedule. These appointments will incorporate a wide range of therapeutic modalities as appropriate.
- Focus on getting better. We will work on your behalf to manage all reporting and documentation required to continue your claim, and to ensure that you get the necessary treatment you need.
